Egg thoran is a simple and lovely recipe which can be have during lunch or dinner as side dish
Ingredients
- Egg – 02 nos
- Onion – 01 no chopped
- Green Chili – 03 or 04 nos (Adjust according to spice tolerance)
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves – Few
- Coconut – ½ Cup
- Pepper Powder – ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
Method
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and green chili.
- When onion becomes soft, add turmeric powder and curry leaves and mix well.
- Add beaten egg on it.
- When egg is half cooked, add coconut mix well and cook for 3 to 4 min.
- Add pepper powder and mix well.
